Flushby Rapid Service Unit
With exceptional agility and versatility, the Nitschke Flushby Rapid Service unit is an ideal first-call remedy for disabled wells. A compact, self-contained service solution, it integrates the features of a pressure truck and a rod rig, crucial in diagnosing and troubleshooting wells.
Designed for rapid deployment and safe operation, the Flushby unit consists of a fluid tank, triplex pump, freestanding mast assembly and a full set of tools and safety equipment. The unit is compatible with vertical wellhead configurations for oil, gas, and coal bed methane (CBM) wells.
The Nitschke Flushby unit is smaller and faster than conventional workover rigs, yet equally capable of performing all types of light well servicing, especially diagnostics.
When a well goes offline, the unit quickly troubleshoots problems such as tubing holes, failed or stuck pumps, and parted rods. It also performs all types of conventional sucker-rod service work.
The result is fast rig-in and rig-out times which reduce overall rig time and associated operating costs.
Once a problem’s identified, the Flushby unit can immediately execute the required repair work, with the exception of heavy tubing-based servicing, in which case a large workover rig may be required to finish the job.
